FAQ: Shichida Early Learning Centre Doncaster
Yes. Shichida Doncaster is ideal for parents looking for an early learning Doncaster program that supports memory, concentration, problem-solving, early literacy, numeracy and confidence through fun 50-min weekly classes.
Childcare in Doncaster is generally designed to provide care, supervision, play and early learning over longer hours while parents work, study or manage other commitments. Shichida Doncaster is different. We are not a childcare centre. We offer weekly parent-child enrichment classes for children from 6 months old, using activities that support memory, concentration, early literacy, numeracy, problem-solving and confidence.
Shichida Doncaster is not a government-funded kinder or kindergarten. Our classes support children through the baby, toddler and preschool years with structured early learning activities. Many families attend Shichida as a complement to childcare, kinder, kindergarten or home learning.

Yes. Many children come to Shichida while also attending childcare, kinder or kindergarten. Because Shichida is a weekly enrichment program, it can sit alongside your child’s regular care or early education, giving them extra opportunities to practise focus, memory, thinking skills, early maths, literacy and confidence.
Yes. Shichida classes begin from 6 months old, so many families start before their child enters kinder or kindergarten. The activities introduce young children to listening, memory, fine motor skills, numbers, language and parent-child learning routines in a fun and structured way.
Shichida is not a replacement for childcare if you need long-day care, regular supervision or government-funded kindergarten hours. It is better understood as a weekly enrichment class for families who want a structured early learning program for their baby, toddler or preschooler.
